The scope of this project was very high because of the scale it needed. The primary challenge was to create a proper requirement with crystal clear scopes and milestones. Project similar to Instacart.ca, a popular online grocery delivery service, can be a complex undertaking, So other challenges we have faced are, Building a robust technology infrastructure to handle a high volume of simultaneous orders, user registrations, and payment transactions is essential. We need to develop a scalable platform with a reliable database, ensure data security and privacy, and optimize the performance of the website or mobile app. As your user base grows, your platform should be able to handle increased traffic, order volume, and concurrent user activity. Ensuring that your infrastructure, servers, and databases are scalable and can handle future growth is crucial to avoid performance issues or downtime.
