Project Overview
The objective of this project was to create a proprietary Content Management System (CMS) that addresses the needs of companies and organizations in the healthcare, education, and government industries. Striving to achieve this outcome, the client needed a cost-effective, extensible, and robust platform that could be used to streamline business operations such as content generation, user management, project management, and collaboration among other areas. Therefore, the objective was to develop a solid Content Management System (CMS) under which there is a high volume of traffic, holding of confidential information and an intuitive user interface.

- Modern UI/UX DesignTransitioned from an outdated design to a modern design, delivering an intuitive user interface and a seamless experience across platforms. Integrates Google Material Design principles across its website and mobile app with a focus on simplicity, ease of navigation, and visual appeal.
- Enhanced Security MeasuresImplemented strong encryption, secure access controls, and two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect user data. Ensured regular security audits and updates to maintain security standards and GDPR compliance.
- Performance OptimizationUtilized server-side caching, CDN integration, and database query optimization to improve load times and system responsiveness.
- Comprehensive Content Management FeaturesIntegrated advanced content editing tools using TinyMCE, to support different content types such as blogs, media files, and forms. User role and access management was also implemented to enable user access and permissions.
- Project and Team Management ToolsDeveloped features for task assignment, time tracking, and reporting to facilitate project management. Team communication tools, including chat and screen-sharing options, were included to enhance collaboration.
- Reliable File ManagementIntegrated with Box for secure and reliable file storage and synchronization, ensuring that users have easy access to the latest documents and media.
